Step 1: Pre-Production Consultation

You will meet with a producer to review your book's visual elements (e.g. graphs, charts, images) and help you develop a strategy for how best to communicate this information through an audio recording. There are many strategies for this, so even if your book has a lot of detailed data, we can make it work! We'll also review your final streaming platform of choice and make sure the audio files are made exactly to specification.

Step 2: Voice Over Casting & Recording

We'll help you get setup to record your own book or provide sample excerpts created by members VO artist network. Once a narrator is selected, we'll solidify a production schedule so you know exactly what to expect every step of the way.

Step 3: Quality Control Review

In this step, the narrator will submit their audio files to your producer for editing and review. We'll read along with the recordings, checking overall quality, reading accuracy, pronunciation, and file specifications.

Step 4: Pickups & Mastering

If needed, your producer will submit a list of corrections (called "pickups") to the narrator. Once the corrections have been implemented, our producer will master the audio to ensure the files are polished and ready for distribution.

Step 5: File Delivery or Publishing

Our team can either deliver the final files directly to you, or help you publish your files, depending on which platform you choose.
